Terms and conditions of booking
Deposit
$200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Which then will be taken off the final payment. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment is due 7days prior to your wedding.
You are welcome to pay instalments leading up to the event. Please email ajhairandbridal@gmail.com with a receipt so the amount paid can be taken off your invoice.
Cancellations
If there is a cancellation the $200 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be lost.
Hair Trial
Hair trials are compulsory. I like to get to know you and your hair before the big day.
Hair trials are done at the salon in Braddon in business days of Tuesday-Friday. No hair trial on weekends as they are dedicated to weddings.
Booking your hair trial; you can either book online or email ajhairandbridal@gmail.com your availability.
Hair trial to be paid at the time of service.
Please allow 2hrs for a hair trial. If you are undecided on an exact style do not stress. I can look at your inspiration photos and do up to 2 styles at your trial, so you get a feel for what suits you the best.
Wash your hair the night before or morning of. Rough dry off with a hair dryer or let naturally dry. No hair oils or heat styling.

Confirmation of Booking
Once deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your date has been locked in.
Covid restrictions
If you have to make the hard decision to reschedule your wedding please note in this circumstance the $200 deposit can be transferred to your new date.
If i am unavailable for your new date the $200 deposit will be lost.
If Canberra is in lockdown on your wedding date and you have no choice to cancel\reschedule\postpone or I am not available for your new date.
Your deposit will be refunded.
